    Dressing

    • Greek vinaigrette

    Instructions
     

    Dressing

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.

    Salad

    • Wash produce and cut into small salad sized portions.
    • Assemble salad with all ingredients.
    • Drizzle prepared dressing on top.
    • Gently toss the salad and serve immediately.
