Toasted Air Fryer Gnocchi

Crispy and perfectly toasted, this Air Fryer Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Parmesan makes a great side dish when you want delicious food in a hurry.  Serve it with your favorite protein and some greens for an easy, weeknight meal.

How to Make Toasted Air Fryer Gnocchi


Gnocchi Butter Parmesan Olive Oil Italian Seasoning Salt Pepper

Instructions: Step 1

Coat gnocchi in two tablespoons of olive oil, then lightly dust it with salt and pepper.

Spread gnocchi out on your air fryer tray. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-13 minutes, or until toasty brown.

Instructions: Step 3

In a saucepan on medium heat, whisk butter continuously until it turns caramel (or light brown) in color.  Remove from heat immediately, then pour into a mixing bowl to cool.

When gnocchi has finished toasting, add it to the mixing bowl with the brown butter. Toss to coat.

Serve immediately with your favorite protein.  Add freshly grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
