Blue Cheese Wedge

Heavily topped with bacon, blue cheese, and homemade dressing, this incredible Loaded Blue Cheese Wedge is going to completely satisfy everyone at the dinner table! Serve it up with your favorite soup and/or sandwich, or as a side to any main course. Be sure to make some extra dressing because your family will be begging you to serve it again soon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Artisan romaine lettuce
  • Bacon
  • Tomato
  • Salt (or to taste)
  • Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions
 

Protein

  • Cook bacon according to package directions.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.

Salad

  • Wash lettuce and set it aside to drain in a colander.
  • Cut artisan romaine in half vertically. Wash remaining produce and cut into small salad sized portions.
  • Assemble salad with all ingredients.
  • Drizzle prepared dressing on top.
  • Gently toss the salad and serve immediately.
