Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. Box of Gnocchi
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, drizzle the gnocchi with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Lightly season with salt and black pepper. Spread the coated gnocchi evenly on the air fryer tray.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Air fry the gnocchi for 10-13 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  • While the gnocchi is air frying, take a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter to the pan and continuously whisk it until it melts and starts to foam. Continue whisking until the butter turns a light caramel color, releasing a nutty aroma. Be careful not to let it burn.
  • Immediately remove the pan from the heat and pour the brown butter into a separate mixing bowl to cool slightly. Once the gnocchi is done air frying, add it to the mixing bowl with the brown butter. Gently toss the gnocchi in the brown butter until each piece is coated evenly.
  • Transfer the coated gnocchi to serving plates or a platter. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the top. Serve immediately while the gnocchi is still warm and enjoy!
