Soft Boiled Egg and Avocado Salad (with Bacon and Everything Bagel Seasoning)

Who's hungry? There's just some special about an avocado and egg combination. We've taken these trendy ingredients and combined them with some bacon and Everything Bagel seasoning to completely level up this ordinary salad. Don't like the idea of a soft-boiled egg? Make hard-boiled eggs instead! Whatever you do... don't miss out on this incredibly delicious meal.

Ingredients
  

  • Lettuce
  • Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Bacon
  • Radish
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt (or to taste)
  • Pepper (or to taste)

Dressing

    Instructions
     

    Protein

    • Cook bacon according to package directions.
    • Cook eggs to a safe internal temperature of 160 F. *See food safety guidelines below

    Dressing

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.

    Salad

    • Wash lettuce and set it aside to drain in a colander.
    • Wash remaining produce and cut into small salad sized portions.
    • Assemble salad with all ingredients.
    • Drizzle prepared dressing on top.
    • Gently toss the salad and serve immediately.
