Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. Baby Butter Lettuce
  • 2 slice Prosciutto
  • 2-3 qty Fresh gigs
  • 1 tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped walnuts
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.

Salad

  • Wash lettuce and set it aside to drain in a colander.
  • Wash figs and cut them in half.
  • Assemble salad with all ingredients.
  • Drizzle prepared dressing on top.
  • Gently toss the salad and serve immediately.
