Ingredients
  

  • 1 qty ripe cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 qty ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk adjust to your desired consistency
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Blackberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the ripe cantaloupe into chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped cantaloupe, frozen sliced bananas, coconut milk, and chia seeds.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined. *Note: Add a few ice cubes while blending to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut flakes, cantaloupe, mint leaves, and blackberry.
  • Serve immediately.
