8ounceswhole red butter leaves or baby butter lettucewashed and leaves separated
2small applescored and thinly sliced
4slicesof baconcooked and crumbled
¼cupred onionthinly sliced

⅓cupdried cranberries
⅓cupGorgonzola cheesecrumbled
2tablespoonspumpkin seeds
2tablespoonssunflower seeds

3tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, layer the butter lettuce leaves.
Evenly distribute the apple slices over the lettuce, followed by the crumbled bacon and red onion slices.
