12mini Reese’s peanut butter cupsunwrapped and frozen
2 to 3tablespoonsmicro or nonpareil sprinkles
12candy corn pieces
30M&M’sorange, yellow, and brown recommended
Nonstick spray or mini muffin liners
Instructions
Unwrap the mini Reese’s peanut butter cups and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 15 minutes while preparing the brownie batter.
Preheat the oven according to your brownie mix directions (typically 325°F–350°F). Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with mini muffin liners. Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the box or use your favorite homemade recipe.
Spoon a little over a tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are puffed and slightly glossy but not dry.
Remove the pan from the oven. For half the brownies, press one frozen Reese’s into the center and top immediately with sprinkles so they stick while warm. For the rest, top some with two candy corns and others with five M&M’s each. (Use the back of a tablespoon to make small indents for the M&M versions before dropping them in.)
Allow the brownie bites to cool completely in the pan for at least 30 minutes. Gently loosen with an offset spatula or butter knife before removing.
