Homemade Buffalo Sauce (about 13 ounces)

½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

Instructions
Add shredded chicken to the Instant Pot first. Top with cubed cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese. Add butter, hot sauce, vinegar, cayenne, white pepper, Worcestershire, and celery salt on top.
Set Instant Pot to Low Sauté or Slow Cook mode. Stir every 2–3 minutes until the cheeses and butter melt, and the sauce blends into a creamy dip (about 7–10 minutes).
Switch to Keep Warm. Stir occasionally while serving to keep the dip smooth.
For plating, top a portion of the buffalo dip with reserved shredded cheese and serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or baguette slices.
