Using a Food Processor:
Add the diced pineapple, Roma tomato, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, habanero pepper, jalapeno pepper, and chopped cilantro into the food processor.
Pulse a few times until the ingredients are combined but still slightly chunky.
Squeeze the juice of 1 ½ limes over the salsa mixture. Stir to ensure the juice is evenly distributed.
Add salt to taste, if desired. Stir the salsa to incorporate the salt evenly.
Slice the remaining lime and use as a garnish when serving.
