A Turkey Brie Cranberry Grilled Sandwich is our go-to when we want a warm, melty bite with easy assembly and quick stovetop cooking all in one. This toasted sandwich recipe layers roasted turkey, creamy brie, and bright cranberry sauce on crisp artisan bread for a simple grilled melt that works for lunch or dinner.
6 to 8ouncesroasted turkey slices or cooked turkey slicessliced or shredded
3 to 4ouncesbrie cheesesliced
⅓cupcranberry sauceor cranberry compote
2tablespoonsunsalted buttersoftened
Instructions
Lay out the four slices of bread. Spread cranberry sauce on one slice for each sandwich.
Add the turkey in an even layer, followed by the brie. Top with the remaining plain slices of bread.
Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich, both the top and bottom slices.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the sandwiches on the hot surface and cook 3–5 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is toasted and the brie melts.
Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve warm.
