Turkey Spinach Feta Burgers are the perfect balance of juicy and wholesome. Made with lean ground turkey, fresh spinach, and tangy feta, these burgers stay moist and pack a flavorful punch. They’re quick to prep, easy to cook on the stovetop or grill, and perfect for a protein-packed meal.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with olive oil to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, egg, red onion, kosher salt, oregano, onion powder, and dill. Mix with clean hands or a spatula until just combined. Try not to overwork the mixture.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and form into patties about ¾-inch thick. Place them on a plate and chill for 15 minutes to help them firm up and hold their shape during cooking.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chilled patties and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until a golden crust forms. You’re just browning them, not cooking them through.
Transfer the seared patties to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the center. Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
