How can I make cilantro jalapeño dip less spicy?

To make cilantro jalapeño dip less spicy, remove all the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños before blending. You can also reduce the number of jalapeños used or substitute with a milder pepper. Adding more sour cream or mayonnaise can help mellow the heat as well.
