Why We Love This Recipe

  • Quick and Easy: We like using a whole pepperoni stick for thick slices, but pre-sliced pepperoni saves time. Either way, you'll have a snack ready in under 10 minutes!
  • Nostalgic Comfort: Triscuit pizzas have been around forever. We ate them all the time growing up, and they bring back some of my favorite childhood memories.
  • Perfect for Kids: When my kids were little, we loved making these together. It's a great hands-on snack for young helpers (with supervision, of course!). Want a sweeter snack option? Try our Air Fryer Cinnamon Pita Chips!
  • Tasty and Satisfying: It's pizza in a smaller, crunchier form. A few of these will hit the spot when you're craving something salty and cheesy!

Triscuit Pizza Ingredients

A labeled image of all ingredients needed to make Triscuit pizza.
  • Triscuit crackers: We use the regular salted variety, but the garlic flavor would work well, too.
  • Pepperoni: Slice a pepperoni stick and freeze the rest for later. We like the pepperoni stick flavor over the pre-cut varieties.
  • Cheese: Mozzarella is the best. We like to cut the fresh snacking mozzarella in half for each cracker.
  • Parmesan: We sprinkle a little extra parmesan on top sometimes for added flavor. Use grated, shredded, or shaved parmesan, whichever you prefer.

A full ingredient list with exact measurements can be found in the recipe card below.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Triscuit Crackers: Swap Triscuits for Melba Toast, mini crostini, or Wasa crackers for sturdiness.
  • Cheese: Instead of mozzarella, use provolone for a richer melt.
  • Toppings: Replace pepperoni with salami or Canadian bacon.

How to Make Triscuit Pizza

Layering mozzarella and pepperoni on Triscuit crackers.

Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Assemble the Triscuit Pizzas

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange Triscuit crackers on the baking sheet. Place mozzarella on each cracker, followed by one whole pepperoni slice.

Step 2: Bake Until Crispy and Serve

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and the edges of the pepperoni crisp slightly.

While still warm, sprinkle with Parmesan or Pecorino and Italian seasoning for a final boost of flavor. Let cool for a minute before serving.

Storage

Store Triscuit pizza in an airtight container and refrigerate them for up to 3 days, though the crackers may soften. To reheat, place them in a toaster oven or air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes to crisp them back up. Avoid microwaving, as it can make the crackers chewy instead of crispy.

Recipe FAQs

How do you make Triscuit pizza crispy without burning the crackers?

Triscuit crackers crisp up quickly in the oven, so the key is using a moderate temperature, around 375°F, and baking them just until the cheese melts-about 8-10 minutes. Pre-toasting the Triscuits for 2 minutes before adding toppings also helps keep them from getting soggy while preventing burning.

What are the best toppings for Triscuit pizza?

Triscuit pizzas work well with simple flavors. Classic toppings include marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, but you can also try combinations like goat cheese and honey, BBQ chicken with red onion, or pesto with fresh tomatoes.

Can you make Triscuit pizza in the air fryer?

Yes! Triscuit pizza cooks quickly in an air fryer at 350°F for about 3-4 minutes. The air fryer gives the crackers an extra-crispy texture while melting the cheese perfectly. Just be sure to check them frequently to prevent over-browning, as air fryers cook faster than ovens.
