How to Make Easy Greek Baked Feta Appetizer

STEP 1: Prepare the Oven and Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce block feta cheese
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed Greek olives Kalamata and green, pitted
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
